eTherapist: Clinical and Service Documentation

eTherapist is a completely portable, customizable application for creating clinical and service documentation for mental health professionals.  It includes the Medicaid eligibility checking functionality of eMedicalAssistance.

eTherapist allows case managers and therapists to easily document their service hours and progress notes. The progress note form prompts the user for key details to insure that notes have the information necessary to adequately document an encounter.

eTherapist also contains an appointment book that is directly linked to the service documentation manager.  If appointments are managed through the appointment book, the information regarding the time spent and the client can be moved directly into the service documentation manager.  No more retyping!
