Batch processing of eligibility requests.

Export your client demographics -  client first and last names, social security number, and date of birth.  These data elements are imported into the eligibility 5010 application, on your site.  You can type them in if you like. You can send eligibility requests on all of these clients to PA Promise.

You can make daily requests.   A separate file is created for each 10,000 clients you send requests on.

This reduces the time and effort needed to monitor the status and payor relationships of a client. 

If your staffing data (client programs, locations, case managers, scheduled appointments) are also imported then you can produce more detailed reports.

Requirements:

§          Your database must support export of data fields to ASCII text.

§          Your agency will have to apply for a provider identification number.
